Every Vintage Diaries journal is produced specifically against a confirmed commercial order. Each production run begins at 200 pieces, placing individual physical sample units outside our current production model. This approach gives the makers the appropriate time and continuity to complete the binding, finishing, detailing, and inspection stages that define the collection.
To support buyer evaluation before ordering, we provide detailed product photographs, material and page close-ups, page-flip videos, and a live video presentation of the available designs.
Our minimum opening order is 200 pieces. Pricing is prepared according to the selected designs, specifications, packaging, and branding requirements, then shared directly by email or LinkedIn after receiving your enquiry.
Once production is complete, pre-dispatch photographs and videos of the finished order can be provided for review before carrier handover.

Leatherette cover — made without animal leather. It is selected for its vintage character, practical durability and suitability for made-to-order finishing.
Indicative quotes are offered FCA Kolkata Airport. Buyers may nominate their own freight forwarder, or request a separate freight indication for planning purposes.
Logo placement, embossing feasibility and finish are reviewed against the selected leatherette cover surface before artwork approval.
Support may include final batch photos, material close-ups, page-flip videos, individual-pack images, outer-carton photos, dimensions, shipping marks, and a live walkthrough on request.
Typical lead time is 21–28 working days after payment and artwork approval, with some designs or packaging formats requiring 21–30 or 24–30 working days. The confirmed schedule reflects the hands-on stages needed for binding, cover work, detailing, finishing, drying or setting where applicable, inspection, and packing.
The buyer may nominate a carrier or request a separate freight indication for planning. The product quote basis remains FCA Kolkata Airport unless otherwise confirmed.
Export Documentation
We trade against formal export documentation and can share our Import Export Code, Goods and Services Tax Identification Number, pro forma invoice format, packaging details, and shipment paperwork references during the quoting process.

Payments
For opening orders, production scheduling begins once the order specifications are confirmed and the full order value has been received. This allows materials, skilled making time, finishing capacity, and packing to be reserved specifically for the confirmed batch.
Preferential tariff treatment, if any, depends on HS classification, origin rules, and documentary compliance. Do not claim duty-free treatment until product-specific eligibility is confirmed.
